Abstract

The American Library Association's 'Campaign for America's Libraries- @ your library' began in 2001 accompanied by a partnership with IFLA to create a global campaign. An overview will be provided of the activities of the ALA campaign in libraries around the United States, along with details on new parts of the campaign targeted specifically to academic, school, and public libraries. ALA's success in creating partnerships to promote the campaign will be explored. In addition, efforts from the other countries in the 'Campaign for the World's Libraries' will be highlighted to provide more examples for AIB and libraries in Italy.
